This document creates a specific power of attorney for a person who is or will be a member of the U.S. military and who is authorized under U.S. law to receive legal services from the military service. The person designated as an attorney-in-fact will have the general authority to act on behalf of the grantor, including, but not limited to, the acts listed in the document. This document should be used by an individual authorized to receive military legal assistance who seeks to grant another individual the general authority to act on the grantor's behalf.
