Company Life Insurance Agreement

This Company Life Insurance Agreement is an agreement between the employer and the employee, whereby, as an incentive to the employees substantial contributions to the company, and as an inducement to employee's continued employment, employer agrees to assist employee in the payment of premiums under his or her personal life insurance program. This document in its draft form contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in these types of agreements; however, additional language may be added to allow for customization to ensure the specific terms of the parties' agreement are addressed. Use this document if an employer wishes to assist an employee in the payment of premiums under his or her personal life insurance program.
