This is an agreement between a distributor and a film producer for the non-exclusive right to distribute the film. The agreement covers all types of rights, including, but not limited to theatrical rights, home video rights, free television rights, and pay-per-view television rights. This agreement includes “Exhibit A” which can be customized by the parties to determine which materials will be supplied to the distributor. This document should be used by a film producer or a distribution company for the non-exclusive right to distribute a film.
