Crew Deal Memo

This is a short form Crew Deal Memo is for the services of an Independent Crew Member who volunteers her/his skills, time and effort.  This agreement is between the producer and the crew member.  This document contains a blank form fill in form with the agreement attached to it.  This document in its draft form contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in these types of agreements; however, additional language may be added to allow for customization to ensure the specific terms of the parties’ agreement are addressed.  Use this form when entering into an agreement with an independent contractor crew member.
