Vendor Take Back Mortgage Schedule

This is a schedule that is intended to be used in conjunction with a Vender Take Back Mortgage Agreement. This schedule contains additional terms to an agreement between a vendor and a buyer whereby the vendor finances the purchase, either in part or in whole. These additional terms define the purpose of the original agreement, define the interest rate, and provide the procedure in case of default. This schedule should be used by individuals or entities in conjunction with a Vendor Take Back Mortgage Agreement to provide additional provisions to the underlying agreement.
