Telecommuting Agreement

This is an agreement between a company and an employee that wishes to telecommute. Telecommuting is defined as work and transportation alternatives that substitute home-to-work commuting with the option of working at home or at satellite work locations for all or part of the employee's assignment. This agreement specifies the duties and obligations of both the employee and the company. Additionally, the specific job duties of the employee can be specified under “Schedule A” of this agreement. This agreement can be used by small businesses or other entities that want to allow their employees to telecommute from home or satellite work locations.
