Script Nondisclosure Agreement

This is an agreement entered into between the writer of a script and a producer protecting the disclosure of confidential information. Under this agreement, the writer submits a script to the producer for review and consideration and the producer agrees to keep the content of the script confidential and will not disclose such content to any third party. This agreement should be used by individuals that have written a script and want to give it to a producer for consideration in order to prevent the dissemination of the script’s content.
