This release is executed by a mortgagee whereby the mortgagee releases a mortgagor from all of the mortgagor's obligations pursuant to a certain registered mortgage. This template form should be used when the full amount of the outstanding mortgage has been paid and the mortgagee releases the mortgage holder from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, and demands in connection with the property described. This document should be used by banks or other lending entities once a mortgage has been paid in full.
