Provisions in Deed Made Pursuant to Receiver's Sale

This is a provision whereby a receiver that is appointed as the guardian of a certain business or operation transfers all of their interest to a third party. In this document, the receiver conveys, transfers, and assigns to the third party all of the rights, obligations and indebtedness of the receiver in connection with certain operations of a business. The third party assumes the debts and liabilities of the business after execution of this document. This document should be used by appointed receivers that want to transfer their rights and liabilities in connection with a certain business to a third party.
