This Notice of Lien is issued to a debtor by another party who is owed a sum of money. The notice provides that in the event the party does not receive the sum of money due and owing to it, it shall file a lien against the debtor’s personal property pursuant to the Personal Property Security Act of the Province of New Brunswick.
