Consulting Services Agreement for Specific Project

This agreement is entered into between a company and a consultant where the company retains the services of the consultant for a specific project. The agreement provides that a schedule could be attached to the agreement setting out the duties and responsibilities of the consultant and contains a clause that provides the company and the consultant are independent of one another.  This form contains standard terms and language that is used in this type of agreement, however, optional terms and language may be added to ensure the needs of the contracting parties are met.  Use this form when hiring a consultant for a specific project.
