Community Unit Plan

This Community Unit Plan is intended to outline a specific objective an individual or entity elects to undertake for the benefit of the community as a whole. The individual or entity that wishes to implement the plan submits this application to the planning department of a certain county or town. The planning committee will conduct due diligence and determine the viability and feasibility of the community plan and elects whether to approve it or not. This application should be used by an individual or entity who wishes to undertake a specific plan to benefit the community.
