This is an extensive agreement dealing with integrated project delivery methods on a large scale construction project. This particular agreement is specific to “Offsite Enabling Projects”, defined as the phase prior to actual construction in preparing the site for construction and delivery of materials. There are three parties to this contract, the owner, the design builder, and the program manager. The agreement includes a variety of Exhibits that can be customized by the user to ensure the understandings of the parties are properly set forth. This document should be used by owners, project managers, or design builders to record and memorialize the terms of the project delivery methods.
