Consulting and Website Development Agreement

A Consulting and Website Development Agreement is an agreement between a person or entity, and website developer.  This agreement states that for a specified price, the person or entity will pay the web developer to develop an internet website for a person or company.  This agreement includes provisions describing the services to be provided by the consultant; the schedule of compensation; ownership and use of proprietary property;  confidential information, and indemnity.  This document in its draft form contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in these types of agreements, as well as optional language to allow for customization to ensure the specific terms of the parties agreement are addressed.
