Release From Judgment Lien

ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

The requirements by which a judgment lien may be released depends on state law, but generally the creditor signs a statement stating that the judgment should be released because the judgment has been paid in full by the debtor. This document should be used by creditors when a debtor has paid the creditor and the creditor then wishes to release the debtor and his or her heirs and assigns from all liens existing by reason of the judgment on the property.

__________________________(hereinafter referred to as "Creditor"),



and



__________________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Debtor").



WITNESSETH:



WHEREAS, Creditor recovered a judgment from Debtor in the amount of

$_____________________________,in addition to interest, costs and attorneys' fees (herein the

"Judgment"),; and WHEREAS the Judgment constitutes a lien upon the property described in

Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Property"); and

WHEREAS the Judgement has been fully paid to the Creditor , the party entitled to received

payment thereof, and Creditor has agreed to release the Property from the lien; .



NOW, THEREFORE, Creditor in consideration of the sum of

$_________________________________ paid to Creditor by Debtor, have released unto Debtor

and his heirs and assigns, all liens heretofore existing by reason of the Judgment upon the
