This lease agreement is made between a landlord and a tenant whereby the tenant
leases certain land from the landlord for hunting purposes only. The lease provides for
the total acres to be used by the tenant and a schedule for hunting times. This
document in its draft form contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in
these types of agreements; however, additional language may be added to allow for
customization to ensure the specific terms of the parties’ agreement are addressed.

HUNTING LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS HUNTING LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this _____ day
of _______________, 201_____, by and between ___________________ [NAME OF
PERSON OR AGENCY GIVING THE LICENSE] (the “Licensor”) and
___________________ [NAME OF PERSON OR PERSONS RECEIVING THE
LICENSE] (the “Licensee”).
THE LICENSOR AND THE LICENSEE HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a License (the “License”) to hunt on the lands
legally described as _________________________________ [LEGAL DESCRIPTION
OF THE LANDS] as depicted on the map attached hereto as Schedule “A” (the
“Lands”).
2. The grant of the License by the Licensor is for the sole purpose of the Licensee to hunt on
the Lands for ___________________________ [PROVIDE NAME OF TYPE(S) OF
ANIMAL TO BE HUNTED].

type of animal, that may be killed by licensor during the term of this license.}
3. The term of the License granted herein to the Licensee shall be for a term of ________

4. The Licensee hereby agrees to pay to the Licensor the Licensing Fee of ___________

shall pay the Licensing Fee to the Licensor upon execution of this Agreement by way of
cash, check or credit card.

5. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the use of motorized vehicles, such as ATV’s
and dirt bikes are/are not permitted on the Lands.
6. The Licensee hereby agrees that at all times; the Licensee will comply, obey and abide by
all State, Federal and local laws and rules, including firearms laws and all applicable
hunting regulations while the Licensee is using the Lands.
7. The Licensee hereby agrees that the Licensee shall obtain and provide to the Licensor
evidence of any licensing permits the Licensee may be required to obtain pursuant to the
laws of the governing jurisdiction prior to the Licensee hunting on the Lands.
8. The Licensee hereby agrees that in the event the Licensee violates any State, Federal or
local laws, this Agreement shall be immediately terminated and the License granted
herein by the Licensor shall be revoked in its entirety.
