A rental application is an application that is filled out by a prospective tenant to rent or
lease a property. This Rental Application Form provides information about the
prospective tenant, such as contact information, present employer information, and
references. It further gives authorization to the landlord to perform a credit check on the
applicant. This form should be used by property owners, landlords, or property
management companies to collect information about prospective tenants.
