deed of trust. The debtor steps into the shoes of the original trustee and obtains all of
the rights, title, estate, power, duty and trusts conferred by the original deed of trust.
This document includes a reconveyance clause which signifies the debtor has paid the
mortgage in full and steps into the shoes of the trustee under the deed of trust. This
document can be used by individuals or entities that have paid their mortgage in full and
want to step into the shoes of the trustee under the deed of trust.

with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY,
