organization is looking to obtain construction services, and it invites the contractors to
make their best proposals. This document requires a contractor to specify all of the
necessary elements of its proposal, thus allowing the requesting party to clearly
evaluate the best way to proceed. This template form can be easily adapted to request
the necessary information for user’s specific project.

or contract for any expressed or implied services. Finally, the Solicitor reserves the right to
award the contract to the next most qualified Consultant if the selected Consultant does not
