This Bill of Sale of a Boat (with warranty) is a written acknowledgment of the transfer of
ownership of a boat between a seller and a buyer. The bill of sale is the document that
memorializes the terms of the transaction and also evidences the existence of any
warranties offered by the seller. In this particular bill of sale, the seller warrants that it has
good and marketable title to sell and transfer the boat. This document may be customized
to fit the specific needs of the contracting parties. It shoud be used by parties located in
South Carolina when selling or buying a boat with a warranty included in the terms.
