This is an agreement between a buyer and a seller located in Michigan for the sale of

AGREEMENT TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY

This Agreement to Sell Personal Property is made by and between ________________________

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF SUCH PROPERTY. SELLER
DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR WORKING
ORDER OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY EXCEPT THAT IT SHALL BE SOLD IN
PRESENT CONDITION, REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR ACCEPTED. BY
ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT TO SELL, BUYER(S) REPRESENT THAT BUYER(S)
HAVE PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY AND ACCEPT(S)
THE PROPERTY IN "AS-IS" CONDITION.
