This Limited Power of Attorney for Sale of Motor Vehicle is used by an individual to
authorize an agent or attorney to perform all acts necessary for the sale of a motor vehicle.
This document allows the appointed agent or attorney to act on behalf of the individual for
the limited purpose of selling a vehicle. Some of the acts authorized include executing a bill
of sale, title and other documents in connection with the sale of the vehicle and receiving
funds from the purchase. This document should be used by individuals located in

by virtue of this “Limited Power of Attorney”.
This Limited Power of Attorney and the rights, power, and authority of the Attorney-in-Fact
shall become effective immediately upon execution of this instrument. The rights, power, and
authority of this document shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until the Motor Vehicle
is sold or transferred or in the event of my death, disability, or incapacity, or upon my revocation
of this agreement, whichever occurs first.
All acts done by means of this power shall be done in my name, and all instruments and
documents executed by the Attorney-in-Fact shall contain my name, followed by that of the
