This Notice of Demand of Delivery is used when a purchaser has ordered and paid for
goods, but the goods have not been delivered by the seller. This document effectively
demands that the ordered good be delivered to the purchaser. It contains the necessary
information for making such a demand including the date of the order, the goods ordered,
and the method of payment. This notice provides that if the goods are not delivered within
a specified time frame, legal action will be initiated. This notice should be used by a
purchaser located in Maine who has ordered and paid for goods, but has not received
them.

must immediately be delivered or else refund the consideration money. If the goods are not
