This Permission to Use Copyrighted Material agreement is used by a copyright holder to
grant permission to another party to use the material in the manner set forth in the

material and a requirement to use a credit line to acknowledge that the copyright holder
owns the material. It can be customized to ensure that the specific needs of the contracting
