This is an agreement for a company that is retaining a contractor to perform work or provide
a service. It contains the material terms of the agreement including the services to be
provided, the compensation arrangement and time of completion. This document in its
draft form contains numerous of the standard clauses commonly used in these types of
agreements, however, additional language may be added to allow for customization to
ensure the specific terms of the parties� agreement are addressed. This form should be
used by contractors or companies located in Georgia when hiring a contractor.

CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
THIS CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made this _____ [Month] _____ [Date],
