ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

This is a self evaluation form completed by the participants of a training program to rate the training program’s effectiveness. Participants evaluate the trainers based on their expertise, clarity, culturally appropriateness, time management, and responsiveness. In addition, this form asks the participants to compare what they knew before the training to what they learned during the training. This form can be used by small businesses or other entities to determine the effectiveness of employee training programs.
