receive the necessary approval from the stakeholders of the process. This template
defines the purpose and scope of the process. Additionally, it specifies how customers
will initiate the process and the employee’s role in relation to the process. Any
supporting documentation can be attached under “Appendix A” of this template. This
template should be used by small businesses or other entities that want to commence a
process by obtaining the necessary approval.
