This Waste Management Plan is a plan whereby the primary contractor for a construction project sets forth certain goals for the project in terms of waste management. The plan sets forth a required percentage for recycling materials, and sets forth standards for the project in terms of responsibility, accountability, and requires the contractor to keep a progress report and submit a final report. The plan also indicates how hazardous and non-hazardous waste will be disposed of.
